If you started playing padel this year and want to follow the pro game, 2026 is the perfect season to jump in: the tour's biggest-ever calendar and a genuine rivalry at the top. Here's the map.

The season shape

The Qatar Airways Premier Padel tour runs 7 February to 13 December 2026: 25 tournaments across 17 countries — 4 Majors, 10 P1s, 10 P2s, and the Barcelona Finals in December. The Gulf swing matters to us directly: Riyadh opened the season in February, Kuwait P1 runs late October, and Dubai P1 comes home 9–15 November.

The story of the season: two super-pairs

The 2026 headline is Agustín Tapia and Arturo Coello — the two best players of their generation — joining forces. They're world #1 and have traded early-season titles with Ale Galán and Fede Chingotto in a rivalry that's carried every final: Tapia/Coello took Riyadh, Cancún and Málaga; Galán/Chingotto answered in Gijón, Miami and Giza; Juan Lebrón and Leo Augsburger crashed the party in Brussels. On the women's side, world #1s Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay are locked in a three-way fight with Ari Sánchez/Andrea Ustero and Bea González/Paula Josemaría — five different champions in the first six events tells you how open it is.

What's left in 2026

Pretoria P2 (27 Jul–2 Aug), London P1 (3–9 Aug), Madrid P1 and the Paris Major in September, the autumn European swing, then the Gulf: Kuwait P1 (26–31 Oct), Dubai P1 (9–15 Nov), the Mexico Major, and the Barcelona Finals (7–13 Dec).
