• For general returns, the return window is 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, scratching, or missing packaging are not eligible for return.
• Opened padel balls, used grips, or hygiene‑sensitive accessories cannot be returned.

Customers must return the item by mail using the courier after receiving the RMA.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
• Shipping fees paid during checkout are non‑refundable.

After verification, we will offer:
• A replacement item (subject to availability), or
• A full refund to the original payment method
Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item as above and place a new order.
