You found the racket you want, and a European site lists it 20% cheaper. We get this question weekly — fair enough, it's real money. Here's the honest breakdown of what that price actually becomes by the time a racket reaches a UAE court.

The landed-cost math

That EU price usually excludes what it costs to get here: international shipping (often 100–200 AED for a racket-sized box), UAE customs duty and VAT on import (~11% combined on the declared value), and days-to-weeks of transit. Add it up and the “20% cheaper” racket frequently lands within a few percent of our shelf price — sometimes above it.

The part that costs more than money

Warranty: a racket bought from an EU re-seller has no warranty path in the UAE. Cracked frame in week three? You're shipping it to Europe at your cost, if the seller honours it at all. Ours carry full local warranty. Returns: wrong weight, wrong feel — an international return can cost more than the saving. Authenticity: the grey-market chain has more hands in it; a convincing fake 18K face is indistinguishable in photos. Every racket we sell comes through official distribution — that claim is literally true and we stake the store on it.

What the EU sites can't do

Fit you. A racket is the wrong purchase at any price if it doesn't match your level — and the difference between an AT10 18K and the 12K matters more than 100 AED. We play these rackets.
